Manfred Halbach retired at the end of November at the age of 67. He began his career as a laboratory trainee and, after earning a degree in chemical engineering, worked in resin development. He later served as General Manager at a pigment company before returning to the resins business as an Account Manager, where he first came into contact with Vinavil. For more than 20 years, Manfred was the face of Vinavil in Germany. We sincerely thank him for his dedication and loyalty.
Nico Dröse joined VINAVIL in September 2025 as Sales Area Manager Germany. With over 12 years of experience in the sale of raw materials for coatings and adhesives, he is now ready to manage the German market and further develop the business. We wish him a warm welcome.
